How does Premium billing work?

Premium is a monthly subscription

• Open the pricing page and click Get Premium. Pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay in the secure checkout. Any VAT or sales tax for your country is shown before you confirm
• Premium starts right away and renews every month on the same date, shown in Settings → Plan and credits
• Cancel any time from Settings → Plan and credits. Premium stays active until the end of the paid month, and you can change your mind until then
• Invoices and your saved payment method are under Invoices and payment method in Settings → Plan and credits
• When Premium ends you are back on Free. Your files and chats stay as they are
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy

Back on Free with more than 200 MB stored? You keep all your files, and you can add new ones again after freeing up space or getting more storage. You have 6 months to get back under the limit, so use that time to tidy up, get more storage or download what you want to keep
