Do I need an account to try it?

You can try a chat before signing up. Create a free account with Google or email to use your own files and workspace

What happens when I reach a limit?

Free includes a limited daily AI allowance. When you reach it, you can wait for it to renew or upgrade for more usage. Your account shows your allowance and storage usage

Can I bring files I already have?

Yes, upload PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, images and other files. Ask questions about your documents, edit Word and Excel files in the built-in editors or create something new from them

Can I check the AI’s work?

Open the files it creates and expand its steps in chat. In the document and spreadsheet editors, you can review proposed edits and accept or decline them. AI can make mistakes, so check important details

How does Air9 remember my preferences?

Tell Air9 what to remember. Saved preferences carry across chats in your workspace. Review memory and add custom instructions in Settings

Can I download my work?

Yes, download your files from cloud storage. Documents and spreadsheets also export to familiar formats, including Word, Excel and PDF
