How do I contact support or report a bug?

Need a reply? Open Contact support and start a ticket while signed in. A real person answers in the same thread, and you get an email when there is a reply

Found a bug or have an idea? Click Bug at the bottom of the left rail, or Feedback in the avatar menu. This goes straight to the team

Tips:

• Paste a screenshot straight from the clipboard, it helps a lot
• A message can have up to 10 attachments, 20 MB in total
• Writing in a closed ticket reopens it
