How do I invite someone to edit with me?
Open the document or spreadsheet and click Share at the top
- Type the person's email under Add people by email
- Pick a role: Viewer, Commenter or Editor
- Keep Notify them by email ticked if Air9 should email them a link to the file
- Click Add
Without the notification, the file simply appears in their Air9 once they sign in
Someone without an Air9 account gets access as soon as they sign up with that email. Until then they are listed as Invited
