How do I download all my data?

Your data comes in two parts

Files and chats, from Files:

• Right-click a folder and choose Download to get it as a ZIP file, or Compress to ZIP to keep the ZIP in Files
• Click a ZIP, RAR, 7z or TAR archive to look inside it or unpack it into a folder next to the archive
• Your chats are in Home → Chats. Every chat folder has the conversation as a text file (chat.md) plus its uploads and generated files
• Documents and spreadsheets are normal .docx and .xlsx files that open in Word and Excel
• One ZIP holds up to 1 GB or 5 000 items, so download bigger folders in parts

Account data, from Settings → Account → Download account data:

• Your profile and settings
• What the AI remembers across chats, and your own skills
• Plan, orders and credit history
• Support tickets
• Connected services, privacy choices, sign-in sessions and the emails Air9 sent you

It downloads as one JSON file that any text editor can open
